The Loft Collection Salzburg Linzergasse is located in the historical district on the right side of the river Salzach towards city outskirts where formerly the gate Linzertor stood till 1894.

Following the natural border of the Kapuzinerberg down to the square” Platzl” which leads to the main city bridge “Staatsbrücke”, this quaint street is full of pleasant surprises.
Admire historical sites like the St. Sebastian Church and Sebastian Cemetery or charming buildings, the homes of Prominent citizens of Salzburg, such as “Paracelsus”, the famous naturalist, the poet Georg Trakl , and the opera singer Richard-Mayr, or the „Bruderhof, „ an old hospital building from the 15th century. Walking further up the Linzergasse, you will find the entrance to the “Passion Walk” which leads up to the Kapuziner Abbey and a rewarding view over Salzburg.
