Check-In after 3 p.m. at the self-service machine
Once you have arrived at the hotel you are welcome to follow these instructions:
You will find a card reader (1) to the left of the main entrance. Please insert your credit card or ATM card from below into the card reader (1). Now the first door opens. Go to the check-in machine, select the language and follow the instructions on the screen.
As soon as you have completed the check-in at the machine, you will receive a key card. Take the key card and leave the hotel. On the left side of the main entrance you will find a card scanner (2). Hold the room card towards the card scanner (2) – both doors will open.
Please note that we are obliged to register your stay according to the registration law. We therefore ask you to fill in your details completely in the check-in machine and sign it.

The reception is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

We have co-operations with cafés and bakeries, which are in close proximity to our hotel.
Please refer to the info channel of your TV set for further information.
Duty to register
We ask you to enter all of your personal data using the check-in machine.
Parking facilities
The cost for the garage is € 30,- per 24 hours. Please ask for a discount card before your arrival by sending us an email – we are always at your disposal at the e-mail address salzburg.mirabell@loftcollection.net!
Please note:
The underground car park has a height of 2.05 m!
The ground-level parking spaces of the Mirabell Congress car park are closed to a market every Thursday morning (partly Wednesday)! Vehicles that are on the ground floor parking lot at this time will be towed away for a fee!
Please pay attention to the signs on site or ask at the parking information desk or at our reception.
The underground Mirabell Congress garage itself is not affected by this regulation.
In addition, you will find further parking spaces in the CONTIPARK underground car park “Parkgarage am Paracelsusbad”, approx. 350m from the Loft Collection Salzburg Mirabell (address: Schwarzstraße 33, 5020 Salzburg).
The daily maximum rate is € 20,- per 24 hours.
